Yogurt, 3 cdas // Yogurt, 3 tbsp
Arándanos, ½ tz // Blueberries, ½ cup
Galletitas de arroz, 4 u // Rice crackers, 4 u
Chocolate para derretir, ½ tz // Chocolate to melt, ½ cup
En un bowl mezclar bien el yogurt y los arándanos.
Luego agregar esta mezcla sobre las galletitas de arroz y untarlas bien. Llevarlas a freezer.
Por otro lado, derretir el chocolate en microondas o a baño de María.
Cubrir cada galleta con la mezcla de yogurt y fruta.
Llevar a nuevamente a freezer y listo!! En pocos minutos podrás disfrutar de un bocado saludable y sabroso.
