Harina de avena, ¼ tz / Oatmeal, ¼ cup
Endulzante, 1 cda / Stevia, 1 tbsp
Cacao amargo, 1 cda / Bitter cocoa, 1 tbsp
Café instantáneo, 1 cdta / Instant coffee, ½ tbsp
Claras de huevo, 2 u / Eggs white, 2
Leche, ¼ tz / Milk, ¼ cup
En un bowl unificar la harina de avena con el endulzante, el cacao amargo y el café instantáneo. Agregar las claras de huevo y la leche y mezclar. Llevar a un molde de 18 cm y cocinar en microondas durante 2 minutos.
Se puede decorar con chocolate derretido y frutos secos.

In a bowl unify the oatmeal with the sweetener, the bitter cocoa and the instant coffee. Add the egg whites and milk and mix. Transfer to a 18 cm mold and microwave for 2 minutes.
