Budín de pan

Pan, 300 gr // Bread, 300g

Leche, 1 lt // Milk, 1 lt

Azúcar, 250 gr // Sugar, 250g

Extracto de vainilla, 1 cdta // Vanilla extract, 1 tsp

Huevos, 3 u // Eggs, 3u


Para el caramelo: // For the caramel:

Azúcar, 1 tz // Sugar, 1 cup

Agua, ½ tz // Water, ½ cup


Preparación

Por un lado, en un molde para budín, hacer el caramelo.

En un vaso de licuadora, procesa la leche, azúcar, huevos, vainilla y el pan.

Añadir la mezcla al caramelo, y cocinar en horno a baño de María a 160°C, durante 50 minutos.
