Cheesecake de chocolate blanco

400 gr de galletas

¼ tz de agua

100 de manteca/mantequilla

440 gr de queso crema

800 gr leche condensada

1 u de limón (jugo)

2 tz de crema de leche

6 huevos

2 cda de almidón de maíz

240 gr chocolate blanco picado

20 oz cookies

¼ cup water

½ cup butter

2 cup (15.5 oz) cream cheese

3 cup (28 oz) condensed milk

1 lemon juice

2 cup heavy cream

6 eggs

2 tbsp corn starch

1 cup chopped white chocolate

· Procesar las galletas y verterlas en un bowl.

· Agregar la manteca derretida y el agua, y unificar con las manos.

· Llevar esta masa a un molde de 18 cm y aplastarlo con las manos hasta cubrir toda la base.

· Hornear a 180°C durante 10 minutos.

· En otro bowl batir el queso crema con la leche condensada. Una vez homogéneo agregar el jugo de limón y la crema de leche.

· Luego, añadir los huevos de uno en uno. Por último, agregar el almidón de maíz y el chocolate blanco.

· Verter la mezcla en la base de galletas y hornear nuevamente durante 25 minutos.

· Decorar con frutos rojos y chocolate blanco.
