Pollo al horno y papas crocantes

Pollo, 1 kg / Chicken, 1 kg

Aceite de oliva, a gusto / Olive oil, to taste

Ralladura de limón, 1 u / Lemon zest, 1 u

Jugo de limón, 1 u / Lemon juice, 1 u

Jengibre, 1 cda / Ginger, 1 tbsp

Ajo, 1 cda / Garlic, 1 tbsp

Mostaza, 1/2 cda / Mustard, 1/2 tbsp

Azúcar, 1/4 tz / Sugar, 1/4 cup

Sal a gusto / Salt to taste

Pimienta a gusto / Pepper to taste

Soja, 1 cda / Soy, 1 tbsp

Cortar el pollo en trozos y llevarlo a una bolsa hermética. Añadirle el aceite de oliva, el jugo y ralladura de limón, el jengibre, el ajo, la mostaza, el azúcar, la sal, la pimienta y la soja. Distribuir bien el marinado por todo el pollo. Dejar reposar en heladera hasta que se impregne de los sabores.

Mientras tanto, calentar dos fuentes aptas para horno con aceite. Por otro lado, cortar las papas irregularmente o en mitades (en caso de ser papines), y untarlos con el rub compuesto por las especies descritas en ingredientes.

Llevar las papas y el pollo a las fuentes bien calientes, tapar con papel de aluminio y cocinar en horno hasta que se doren.
