Galletas rellenas o simples, 500 gr
Azúcar, 200 gr
Aceite, 100 ml
Huevos, 3 u
Polvo de hornear, 12 gr
Leche, 200 ml

Triturar las galletas en la procesadora hasta obtener una harina.
En la licuadora agregar primero todos los líquidos: leche, aceite y huevos, y unificarlos.
Luego agregar el azúcar.
Por último, agregar la harina y el polvo de hornear.
Llevar a un molde de 18 cm previamente enmantecado.
Hornear a 180°C durante 50 minutos o hasta que el palito salga seco.
Se puede decorar por encima con azúcar impalpable.
